Self portrait

For this one I, took a picture of my self.  then on a blank piece of paper I, took 3 colors that were right next to each other on the color wheel.  I painted them on the piece  of paper.  I used a fork to make texture.  then use acetate and in sharpies, draw yourself on the acetate.  on the back, use different colors and Q-tips.  Fill in everything with paint exept the background and the skin.  put the acetate on top of the background.

Extreme  /\ technique|this is the easiest technique that I know.  I do not like the sloppy-ness of this, but when you need to draw something fast, it is also quite simple this is the way to go.  first, you draw a U with two lines going down.  Then you draw shoulders and arms.  next you draw either wavy or straight lines for the hair.  The face is pretty straight forward.  The pants are to if you look at the picture.  Remember, there will be updates.  if you have any suggestions please comment.

Extreme technique

For this one I did my favorite technique.  just a different girl. 

Tessellation

my friend made a tessellation project and I just thought this was cool.  the materials were simple.  just gel pens. 

City scape

this is a more easy project.  you take water color pencils and do colors from light to dark.  then you take a paint brush with water on it and swipe left to right from light to dark.  Usually it will be saturated  but, since this was my first time doing this, it turned out like this.  The city is pretty straight forward.  

Elegant hair day

I feel like most of this is pretty straight forward except the face shape.  you draw a circle with half of a hexagon-ish shape coming down from the circle.  This will be your guide.  draw a smooth curve on top of the hexagon-ish shape making that your guide.  erase your guide.
